The new Moesa bridge is part of the project related to the Roveredo ring road and the demolition of the existing N13 highway sector. The new structure, aside the old highway bridge, allows to cross the Moesa river and to reach the village. This is a longitudinal and transversal prestressed concrete bridge divided into 3 spans with following lengths: 28 m, 34 m and 28 m. It presents a constant full section with height 1.35 m and lateral approach slabs of 3.35 m. The abutments are perpendicular to the main axis and without joints in order to allow a better noise impact and maintenance works. The reinforced concrete piers, with circular section and diameter of 1.10 m, are covered with stainless steel sheets or stones and lie on ceiling slabs with width 1.50 m and are based on bored piles.
